Developed by the Modernizing Government Regulations Program of the DAP, the RCM Calculator is a tool that facilitates the estimation of compliance costs of existing and proposed regulations on businesses, organizations, and individuals.
The RCM Calculator employs activity based costing methodology and breaks down the cost of regulation into a range of manageable components that can be measured.
